St. Paul is a member of The Alhambra Hamel Ministerial Alliance.

The Alliance provides assistance to members of our immediate community and those passing through our community on Interstate 55 and State Route 140 in the form of emergency food, gasoline, a single night's lodging and referral information for other short term and long term needs.  For more information contact:
